As an Integrative Body Mind & Health coach , I guide women back into balance by reconnecting the four essential body parts of their inner world – the mental, emotional , physical and spiritual.  I help dissolve stress from the root, regulate your nervous system and return to the wisdom of your body.  It’s a process of deep, real and sustainable transformation – where you become your own expert of listening and interpretation.
