Victorian Seniors Festival / FREE
Come and join us for Seniors Month in October. A full month of free or low-cost activities for seniors. Visit our website or pop in for a brochure anytime at the hub. Groups include Qigong/Tai Chi, Book Group and Social Singing.

Children’s Week- October 23 / 10am / FREE
Celebrate with us, as Junkyard Beats transform ordinary household items and recycled materials into musical instruments. This workshop is designed for 0 – 5-year-olds and their grown-ups.
Life Writing Exhibition / FREE
Our Rendezvous to Write participants will be showcasing their work in our art gallery throughout the month, exploring the theme ‘Ripples of Change’. Check out the works throughout the month, or join us on Wednesday, 30 October from 11am – 12pm, for an intimate writers talk to hear from several of the participants.
Talk and Tea- October 13 / 1.30 – 2.30pm / Gold coin donation
Nutritionist Simone Mastronardo will speak about nutrition for seniors. Topics will include dietary guidelines, protein for muscle strength, calcium for bone strength and cooking for one.
