Sue has been a practising myotherapist since 2008 and over this time has loved helping patients achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
We believe when you treat in a holistic and well-rounded manner, it helps clients to consistently feel their best, improve performance, avoid injury and move through life with increased Range of Motion and decrease in pain levels.
Sue enjoys working with patients of all ages and from all walks of life. She understands that every body is different, and during her treatments will incorporate a range of techniques best suited to each individual, including, soft & deep tissue work, dry needling, myo-fascial release, mobility techniques, cupping, and advice for at-home care.
